Former retailer turned consultant, Malcolm Marshall, has given a frank interview to ERTV in which he looks back on his career and also offers up his predictions on the future of the industry.

Mr Marshall comments on the changes he has seen take place since he first started out in electrical retailing and goes on to talk about recent developments such as the Best Buy/Carphone Warehouse deal and the latest DSGi business strategy.
