In an exclusive ERTV Talking Shop interview, Retra’s chief executive, Bryan Lovewell,  has outlined the work of his organisation and explained how it assists independent retailers.

Mr Lovewell talked about Retra’s work with other trade bodies and also revealed some of the current concerns of the association’s members.

He also told us of his hopes for Retra, gave the details of next year’s Retra conference and offered up his predictions on the year ahead.
